About Jan & Denny 

Jan is an experienced, full time, new construction salesperson, an aggressive resale agent, and one of the top listing agents in Fort Collins, Colorado. She is a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club, The RE/MAX Platinum Club, The RE/MAX Chairman´s Club and The RE/MAX Hall of Fame. In addition Jan was recently awarded the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, a distinction that less than 1% of the over 100,000 RE/MAX agents has received.  She has both her GRI and CRS designations. Consistently a top producing agent in her office of over 50 agents, she was awarded the only RE/MAX President's Award for 1991 in the Mountain States region.

Since 1996 Jan has finished the year in the top 5% of all RE/MAX agents for commission dollars earned.

Denny has background in doing all the "technical" parts of the real estate business. He manages all of the marketing and advertising for this team as well as contracts and financing. Denny is always available to help clients.

Since teaming up personally and professionally in 1990, their business has skyrocketed. Since that time they have helped over 850 customers and clients with their real estate needs. 
This adds up to over $180 million in listing and sales volume..

Jan and Denny have spoken at numerous REALTORÒ events, including the RE/MAX International Convention and the Colorado Association of REALTORSÒ State Convention, and many local seminars and classes. They have also appeared on the RE/MAX Satellite Network.

Denny is a past president of the Fort Collins Board of REALTORSÒ as well as being their 1988 REALTORÒ of the Year. He has been heavily involved in REALTORÒ education including serving as the Division Vice President for Education for the Colorado Association of REALTORSÒ. Jan is on the board of Directors for the Fort Collins Salvation Army, and helps organize their annual toy run.
